Upscale Italian at 249 Broadway St in the downtown corridor. Happy hour runs daily 5 to 7 pm with discounted wine, draft beer, and calamari. Housemade pastas including braised rib eye tortelloni, plus seasonal seafood and Mediterranean octopus.

Oceanfront dining room at 577 S Coast Hwy downtown with multi-level patio seating and 180-degree whitewater views. Happy hour runs weekdays 3 to 6 pm with $10 well cocktails, $7 wines by the glass, and shareable seafood plates including ahi poke and fire-roasted oysters. Fire pits and live music on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday nights extend the room well past sunset.
